The agreement between you and Artifacts Beam.

Accepting these terms
By using artibeam.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

Your account
You sign in through an identity provider such as Microsoft, Google, Apple, or your organization's own OIDC provider. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your identity provider secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Artifacts Beam.
Your content stays yours
You keep all ownership of the artifacts, comments, and other content you create. We claim no rights over it.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to display it to the people you have shared it with.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
What you may not do
Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Do not use Artifacts Beam to attack, defraud, or deceive anyone, to distribute malware, or to mine credentials.
Do not attempt to break the service, circumvent its access controls or plan limits, or reach data that is not yours.
We may suspend or remove an account that does these things.
How artifacts run
Artifacts are HTML documents, and they run in a sandboxed iframe in the browser of whoever opens them. The sandbox is a meaningful barrier, but no sandbox is perfect.
Open artifacts from people you trust, exactly as you would treat any other file someone sends you.
Availability
Artifacts Beam is provided as it is, without any service level agreement or guarantee of uptime.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Where a change would remove something you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Note that the account export contains your metadata, not your artifact files, so it is not a backup of your content.
Plans and payment
Plans set capacity limits and unlock features. The current limits for each plan are shown in the product.
Paid Pro, Team, and Business subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The price, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a payment.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can manage payment details and cancel from Billing & Plan through Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; paid access continues until then.
There is no automatic prorated refund for unused time after cancellation. Email privacy@artibeam.ai to request a refund; we review requests case by case. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Artifacts Beam at any time. To delete an account with an active personal subscription, first cancel the subscription and wait until the paid period ends. A converted company workspace requires support-assisted deletion.
We may terminate an account that breaks these terms. Where circumstances allow, we will give you the chance to export your data first.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, Artifacts Beam is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the service after a change means the new terms apply to you.
